The lore of Neo (Summery)Neo or Project N.E.O is a strange being. Neo is from another planet that has yet to be named. His white face resembles a skull but his “body” does not seem to be skeletal. Neo’s body is a collection of slimy purple tentacles that can harden if needed. Neo’s real face is unknown but we do know he wears a mask. One day he arrived on earth and terrorized citizens for a long time before getting captured by the government. The government tried to remove his mask and examine his tentacles. He was tested on for over fifty years before he snapped. He broke out of the laboratory and found an abandoned house that seemed to be empty. One day Neo met a little girl named Rosie. She told him her parents are dead and the people responsible are coming after her. So Neo protected her from them. Neo and Rosie became best friends.
